The managers of the estate of this artist needed a website that would present a large body of little-known work to the public and to interest curators and collectors.

We designed a website with a long-scrolling homepage that allows a visitor to quickly see the range of the artist’s work before choosing a section to explore in more depth.

We also developed the website with a private archiving functionality behind the public website—allowing the managers to access and edit archival material relating to each artwork.

The texts section displays carousels of images of the vast collection of texts to allow for easy browsing, while clicking through any image reveals more information, often including transcripts or original documents.

The result is a website that serves the general public with the same light ease-of-use any artist website needs while also providing a robust and expandable archiving functionality.
