This website is a responsive re-do of a site we first designed in 2012.
We kept elements of the original site that had worked particularly well, including the irregular array of thumbnails for the portfolio pages—which allow each artwork the integrity of its format and as full an impact as every other thumbnail in the page.
We made the thumbnails even larger, however, and also coded the single-artwork pages to display images at the largest size the page could display, however you resize it.
The result is a site that is as simple as the original but more capable of having great impact on every device.
